Refund & Return Policy

At Curlence, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain products (such as hair accessories, brushes, or items marked as final sale) may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Support@curlence.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • used hair tools/accessories

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at Support@curlence.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. The reason for return

We will provide instructions for shipping your item back. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
